If you are using MS Internet Explorer, a notepad will open a revealing the html-- HyperText Markup Language-- behind the page. Netscape doesn't give you a "live" view, and blocks the view of your page, so open up a notepad independently, and copy everything on the Netscape source view to the notepad. Then you'll get two views of the same document, one seen through the eyes of the browser, and one in raw html. To make it easier to read, click the "Edit" command on the notepad page and select "Word Wrap."
My clients have access to a five page version of the Webbuilder, covering basic graphics, tables and text. If they prefer to maintain and update their own pages, I build instructions right into the page, as I have done here.
